Capri Excelsior Parco: Location

How do I get to the hotel?
We provide a free shuttle service from the port: when you arrive, our driver will come and collect you and accompany you to the hotel. For more detailed information, download the pdf: "How to get to Excelsior Parco"

Can I walk to the center of Capri from Excelsior Parco?
Yes. Many of our guests choose to walk instead of using the hotel's free shuttle service. the Piazzetta is just a 15 minute (uphill) stroll away. You can choose between the panoramic road and a little lane (with lots of steps).

The free shuttle service is available until 21.00hrs. If I stay out later, how can I get back to the hotel?
From the Piazzetta, walk down the steps which, in about ten minutes will bring you to the hotel. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or the bus in the direction of San Costanzo. There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel. Ask the driver to tell you when to get off.

Are there shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel?
There's a small supermarket within steps of Excelsior Parco. It will take you about 5 minutes to reach the nearest restaurant.

Can you arrange a private transfer from Naples or Rome?
Of course. We can organize transfers by car and hydrofoil, by private motorboat or even by helicopter.

Have you got a car park?
Yes, we have a free car park for clients. This said, we recommend you leave your car oin the mainland: most of the year non-resident vehicles are not allowed on the island and, in any case, the majority of Capri is pedestrianized. If you decide to rent a scooter while you are here, you can park it in our car park.

Capri Excelsior Parco: Rooms

Do all your rooms have a view of the sea?
Unfortunately not all rooms have sea views. Classic rooms face the garden. The loft does not have a view. If you want to have a sea view, you will need to book a deluxe room or deluxe room with Jacuzzi.

I'd like to have a bathroom with tub, is that possible?
The loft room has a bathroom with bath tub instead of shower box. Our Deluxe rooms with Jacuzzi have an outdoor hydromassage bath for two.

Have you got rooms for smokers?
No. Our hotel is completely non smoking. You can smoke outdoors on the terrace or in the garden. If you book a Deluxe room, you will be able to smoke on your bedroom terrace.

Do you accept pet animals?
Yes. Pet animals are welcome. A small supplement will be applied.

Do you have family rooms?
Yes. We have two rooms which are large enough to accommodate four people.

Capri Excelsior Parco: Services

Have you got a restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant as such, but we do provide a restaurant service. From 12.00hrs until about 22.00hrs you will be able to order snacks and hot dishes, served in your room, in the hotel lounge, in the garden or on the terrace. We organize romantic candlelit dinners or small receptions (for up to 30 guests), on request.

How does the shuttle service work?
The free shuttle service operates from 09.00hrs until 21.00hrs. The service runs to and from the port of Marina Grande and to and from the Piazzetta, and is available on request. You will need to call the hotel to arrange your return journey.

I'd like to get married on the island of Capri. Do you do weddings?
We are able to organize small events for a maximum of 30 people. If you have more guests than this, we can help you find a suitable location. Feel free to write to us.
